When you sign up you will receive a quick intake form, which will include your insurance information, this will be direct billed on your behalf before your appointment. If there is a remainder outstanding, Dr. Max accepts Credit card and/or E-transfers.

Dr. Max practice style spans from postural retraining, soft tissue work, spinal adjustments and custom orthotics and more! 

If you are scared of the idea of chiropractic, Dr. Max has the option to only do vibration soft tissue therapy as one of the appointment options as well. 

Average time needed for an appointment is 30 minutes for new patients and 10 minutes for follow up appointments. You will be full clothed for the full duration of the appointment.
